Purpose of products:
This product is applicable to deoxidization and alloying of refined steels. Along with development of steel industry, there are more and more categories of deoxidizer in steel smelting industry, however, no matters it is Si-Fe or Al-Si-Ba-Fe, relevant smelting gravity, boiling point and affinity to oxygen are not ideal; hence the function of aluminum in alloy has been cut down greatly, while density of Al-Mn-Fe is 5.7g/cm2 which is much higher than gravity of steel slag and a little lower than steel liquid, as its floating speed reduces obviously, there is little Al-Mn-Fe not soluble, not like Al which will be pushed aside to steel slag layer but to suspend in the steel liquid and produce double deoxidized substance with low boiling point resulting in great reduction in content of steel. In continuous casting, the trend to reduce water gap nodule exists. Therefore, to adopt Al-Mn-Fe to deoxidize is able to optimize deoxidization, improve internal quality of steel, effectively lower deoxidizing cost for smelting steel with obvious economic benefit and social benefit.
