Purpose of products: Ni-Cu-Si-Fe alloy is extensively applicable to steel resistant to heat, low alloy steel, weathering resistant steel, alloy steel containing Ni and Cu, alloy addition in precipitation-hardening type stainless steel, is able to be used extensively in steels resistant to gas and sea water containing Cu and Ni (e.g. plate of container, plate and belt steel, etc.) so as to effectively improve anti-corrosion performance of stainless steel.
Features of products: 1.Ni-Cu-Si is able to replace expensive Ni plate so as to offer cheap and fine alloy addition for steels containing Ni, save Ni resource and lower steel smelting cost. 2.The alloy has low smelting point, easy to disperse in steel liquid with low temperature and even alloy elements. 3.Alloy lumpiness is applicable to be fed automatically.
